Reconditioned Engines from D Tech

Our main service is the reconditioning of diesel engines. We specialize in the Deutz ranges: 511, 912, 913, 914, 413, 513, 1011, 1011F, 2011, TD2011, 2.9, 3.6, 7.8, 1012, 2012, 1013, 2013, 1015, 2015.

We offer different types of engine repairs; fix-as-fails, D-service, semi-rebuilding & full rebuilding on and off site. Most of our repairs is based on a strip and quote basis, although we also support a well stocked reconditioned service exchange program to ensure fast turn around repair time on common range engines.

Rebuild engines are broken in on the dyno thru special running in sequences to ensure long engine life and good performance. Our dyno facilities are open to test engines up to 1000hp & 3000Nm.

Our technicians are well trained, well experienced, well equipped & well supported to be able to handle all engine problems. Our field service teams are there to assist on engine breakdowns, fault finding, diagnostic testing, general services, special installations, and installation commissioning.

Our warranty on fully reconditioned engines is 12 months / 1000 hours
